Concrete Leveling
Polyurethane lifting for eligible slabs that have settled or lost support.
Explore Concrete Leveling →Ghost Concrete Leveling provides polyurethane concrete lifting, void filling and slab stabilization for residential and commercial properties throughout The Woodlands and North Houston.
We evaluate settled driveways, sidewalks, walkways, patios, pool decks, garage floors, commercial slabs and other accessible concrete surfaces to determine whether lifting, stabilization or replacement is the appropriate next step.
Concrete settles when the soil or fill beneath it loses support. Soil shrinkage, erosion, drainage, plumbing leaks, tree-root activity and unevenly compacted material can all contribute to movement beneath a slab.
Ghost Concrete Leveling evaluates the concrete, surrounding drainage, visible settlement and site access before recommending polyurethane lifting, slab stabilization or replacement.
Our main concrete-leveling page explains the full lifting process. You can also review projects in The Woodlands , Conroe and Spring .

Select injection points based on the slab configuration and unsupported areas.
Inject polyurethane to fill accessible voids and carefully improve alignment.
Patch injection points and inspect the completed area before closing the project.
Concrete lifting improves support and alignment, but it does not make old concrete look newly poured. Existing cracks, control joints, stains, surface wear and color differences may remain visible.
Concrete leveling also does not automatically correct plumbing leaks, active erosion, failed drainage or broader grading problems. Severely deteriorated concrete may require replacement.
