About Ghost Concrete Leveling

Ghost Concrete Leveling is a locally focused concrete-lifting company serving The Woodlands, Conroe, Spring and nearby North Houston communities.

We help homeowners, property managers, businesses and contractors address sunken and unsupported concrete using controlled polyurethane injection. Our work focuses on restoring support, improving slab alignment and avoiding unnecessary demolition when the existing concrete remains structurally repairable.

Concrete Leveling Built Around Clear Answers

Concrete settlement is not the same on every property. A sunken driveway may be caused by soil shrinkage. A walkway may move because of erosion or nearby tree roots. A patio or pool deck may lose support after water moves material from beneath the slab.

Ghost Concrete Leveling begins by looking at the concrete itself, the surrounding site conditions and the likely cause of movement. We do not treat every uneven slab as the same repair.

Our goal is to explain whether the concrete appears to be a reasonable candidate for polyurethane concrete lifting, whether it primarily needs void filling and stabilization, or whether replacement may be the more appropriate direction.

Our Approach to Concrete Leveling

1

Evaluate Before Recommending

We review the slab condition, settlement pattern, cracks, drainage, access and surrounding structures before recommending a repair.

2

Use the Right Repair Objective

Some projects need lifting. Others need stabilization. Some require a controlled combination of both, while severely damaged concrete may require replacement.

3

Set Honest Expectations

Concrete leveling improves support and alignment, but existing cracks, joints, stains and surface wear may remain visible after the work is complete.

We Do Not Pretend Old Concrete Becomes New Concrete

Raising a slab does not erase its history. Original cracks, control joints, patches, stains, texture differences and weathering may still be visible after leveling.

Polyurethane lifting also does not automatically repair plumbing leaks, active erosion, failed drainage or broader grading problems. When those conditions contributed to settlement, they may require separate correction.

We believe customers deserve to understand those limitations before approving the work.

How We Handle a Concrete Leveling Project

1

Initial Project Review

Send the property address, clear photographs and a short description of the affected concrete through our contact page.

2

Slab and Site Evaluation

We review the affected slab, height differences, visible cracking, access, drainage and surrounding site conditions.

3

Repair Planning

Injection locations and repair objectives are selected according to the slab configuration and accessible unsupported areas.

4

Lift, Stabilize and Review

Polyurethane is injected beneath eligible concrete, the slab movement is monitored and the completed area is reviewed before the project is closed.
